The following terms are applicable for any products / parts that you purchased with us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 3D Printernational - Services Located at 6021 Yonge Street, Suite #910, Toronto, Ontario, CA.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://services.3dprinternational.com/You
means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and please do not send your parts back to us.
For returns and exchanges, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the exact shipping address pertaining to your purchase. Any return made by a Customer without an RMA# from the seller/vendor will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by 3DPrinternational.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When you are shipping an item you purchased, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
3D Printernational allows the Customer to cancel their order and return money in full before the Manufacturing / Production process has started. After the manufacturing process has started, the Customer may not cancel their Order.
Since the product is custom made, we will refund the money only in the case of fault or defect of the Product; or in case of non-delivery of the Product within a reasonable time where delivery is part of the order, that is not in case pick-up.
Our quality policies for 3D printing and CNC machining constitutes whether a product is found to be faulty or defective. 3DPrinternational - Services reserves the rights to delay payment to the Producer and the Manufacturer until the Customer confirms an acceptable quality of the Product.
If the Customer has not registered a complaint with 3D Printernational - Services within 7 days after the Product has been confirmed as delivered for orders placed directly on the website or through the widget, or within 14 days after the Product has been confirmed as delivered for orders from our Service, 3DPrinternational assumes that the quality of the Product is acceptable.
The customer can no longer open a dispute after the afore mentioned time periods have elapsed. After receiving the Product and prior to using it, the Customer must ensure its quality, in case the quality does not satisfy set requirements.
The User must immediately let us know and attach photos of the Product and original packaging. 3DPrinternational will not refund any payments for Products or Parts that have been used. The User shall be ready to return the Product together with original packaging if we ask to do so. The Customer is responsible for returning the Product, including any shipping costs. Upon the receipt of a complaint from the Customer, 3DPrinternational may terminate the Order and refund money to the Customer at its sole discretion.
Alternatively, 3DPrinternational may request the Manufacturer to manufacture and deliver the Product once more at their own cost or use another solution to resolve the problem. When an official dispute has been opened by the customer for an order, 3DPrinternational will have access to, and be given consent to, read the dialogue for the order in dispute between the customer and the manufacturer to help find a resolution for the dispute.
3DPrinternational reserves the rights to seek indemnification for damages from any party who violated this agreement. 3DPrinternational is not responsible for any broken or unprintable files that are ordered for print through affiliate websites, and for unpublished files that have not been checked by our moderation team. Once a Manufacturer begins production of broken or non-manufacturable files and/or components, the customer can no longer request a refund.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You exchanged product will be processed. Once items are received and conditions confirmed
